Team: Marathon Oil Personnel Qualifications
Eugene E. Wadleigh Eugene E.
Wadleigh is a registered petroleum engineer with
degrees in geology and geological engineering
from the South Dakota School of Mines, and is
employed by Marathon Oil Company as an advanced
senior reservoir engineer. His 17 years with
Marathon include experience throughout the
western United States (Rocky Mountains,
California, and southwestern states), with
specialization in fractures reservoir engineering
(carbonates, sand, shales, and volcanics). Prior
experience included mineral exploration and
assessment of hard rock fracturing and vein
mineralization and chemical replacement deposits
in carbonates and sandstones which
"preserved" critical fluid flow
behavior within rock masses.
